We are all almost sure that this is certainly the absolute last thing you expect to see happening to your neighbor. Authorities say that that a teen in Tennessee Avenue in the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis was seen on camera shot right in front of peoples homes Sunday afternoon. The teen is seen shot and pleading, as a neighbor comes out of the house along with others to help. Thankful the 18-year-old is said to be okay but community members are speak up and working to do something about the violence that is taking place within their community/district.
