Sounds like her relationship with her family is strained to say the least.
After a lot of uncertainty, Kelly Price has broken her silence.
The gospel singer was listed as a missing person when family members were unable to get in touch with her. Price was hospitalized for COVID last month, and checked herself out before fully recovering -- then went off the grid.
Now she's spoken to TMZ and said that while she was never actually missing, her health problems were scarier than folks realize. She says she flatlined at one point but doctors were able to revive her. Once she left the hospital, she wanted to remain isolated and recover on her own -- noting that she was actually trying to avoid family members who she doesn’t keep in touch with.
Though it looks like things are getting better, she is still on oxygen as a result of contracting COVID. Meanwhile, her lawyer is working on getting Price formally taken off the missing persons list.
