Charlamagne Tha God is convinced no one is checking for Ye's raps in 2024.

The Breakfast Club host sat down with his good friend Andrew Schulz during this week's episode of his Flagrant podcast and talked about a slew of topics from his new book Get Honest Or Die Lying to his thoughts about Diddy's legal situation. At one point during the conversation, Schulz asked Charlamagne if "it's over for Kanye" after he inserted himself in Drake & Kendrick Lamar's beef.

“Nobody cares about Kanye rapping,” he replied. “If Kanye had done this 10 years ago, it’s like, 'Ooh s**t, Kanye inserted himself in the beef!’

“Nobody gives a f**k about Kanye rapping in 2024," he continued. "Especially when the guys that are rapping are the rappers you actually want to hear from.”

Ye jumped into Drizzy and K. Dot's feud when he dropped his remix of Future & Metro Boomin's "Like That." The artist formerly known as Kanye West replaced Lamar's verse with his own, in which he dissed Drake and J. Cole.

“[Future] called me and I went to the studio and laid that," Ye said during an interview with Justin Laboy after he dropped his remix. "We went through the creative process of adding the chords and called the Hooligans out in London to get on the joint. Everybody was very, very energized about the elimination of Drake.”

After the remix dropped, Charlamagne called out Ye for inserting himself in the beef and celebrating Drake's downfall.

“Kanye West is the leader of the legion of lame. What a hating-ass human,” he said back in April. “What type of man sits around saying, ‘We were all energized by the elimination’ of another man? This man is so miserable and has never dealt with whatever hurt and pain he’s feeling that he just wants to project it onto other people. I don’t even want Kendrick to respond no more because on ‘Like That,’ he clowned Drake and Cole for cliquing up.”
