The Amazon founder, along with his brother Mark Bezos, Wally Funk, and 18-year-old student Oliver Daemen, blasted off from Van Horn, Texas after 9 a.m. ET for the planned 11-minute flight and it went off without a hitch. The crew reached a height of roughly 62 miles above the Earth where they got to experience weightlessness for a short while, before descending back to Earth and landing safely in the West Texas desert. Upon landing, Bezos called it, "the best day ever." (ABC News)
