With Miami Beach cracking down on Spring Breakers with strict rules, big-time parking tickets, and midnight curfews, partygoers are choosing to party in other warm, coastal spots like Panama City Beach, Daytona Beach, and Fort Lauderdale in Florida and South Padre Island in Texas. We’ll see if the local governments – and law enforcement officials – in these other cities tolerate the party people. There's a lot of business and tax revenue generated by these young people – which makes it tough to kick them out the way Miami Beach did.
